1. All Sales Are Final (Non-Refundable)

 No Refunds: All payments made toward this custom tattoo project—including full payments, partial payments, or installments processed via Sezzle—are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

 Buyer’s Remorse: Financial commitments made through financing platforms (such as Sezzle) cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed due to a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal scheduling conflicts. You remain entirely responsible for completing your installment plan with Sezzle.

2. Rescheduling Policy

 We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your appointment time to reschedule.

 If proper notice is given, your payment will be transferred to your new booked date (limit of one reschedule per booking).

 Failure to show up, arriving more than 20 minutes late, or attempting to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of this booking and payment. A new payment will be required to book a future date.

3. Chargeback and Dispute Protection

 By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you are paying for custom artistic labor and dedicated studio time.

 Any attempt to open a dispute or initiate a chargeback via Sezzle, your credit card issuer, or your banking institution will be considered a breach of this contract. This product description, along with your digital signature/checkout timestamp, will be submitted to Sezzle and your financial institution as definitive proof of a mutually agreed-upon, non-refundable contract for services.
