Please read this entire section carefully. By completing this purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions with Ethereal Ink Body Art.

Project Scope & Value

The financed amount covers all design work, preparation, and artist time required for this specific multi-session project. The work for each of the five sessions is outlined below:

Financed Tattoo Session Terms & Conditions (via Shop Pay Installments)

Please read carefully: By completing this purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance, Service Provider, and Payment

• Agreement by Purchase: Completing this purchase constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined below.

• Service Provider & Purchase Location: You acknowledge that you are purchasing a service from Ethereal Ink Body Art, located at 95 w river rd s, Brant, ON N3L 3E2, Canada, 

• Tax Not Included: The price financed through Shop Pay Installments DOES NOT INCLUDE applicable Canadian sales tax (GST/PST/HST). All taxes will be calculated and must be paid upfront by the client on the day of their first scheduled tattoo session.

• Final Sale Deposit: All purchases for services over $\text{\$800}$ using Shop Pay Installments are considered a non-refundable final sale deposit. This payment covers the artist’s consultation time, design work, preparation, and reserves the appointment time for your custom tattoo.

• Financing Agreement: You acknowledge that you are entering into a separate, legally binding loan agreement with Affirm (the provider for Shop Pay Installments). All payment matters, including your schedule, interest, or financing approvals, must be handled directly with Affirm's customer support.

2. Cancellation & Financial Commitment

• No Service Cancellation (Post-Financing): Once your Shop Pay Installments financing is approved and the first payment is processed, you cannot cancel the service or request a refund by stopping payments to Affirm or claiming you have changed your mind. The full financed amount is now a committed deposit for the service with Ethereal Ink Body Art.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank (for reasons such as "service not received" or "unauthorized charge") after the financing is approved and design work has begun is a direct breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to vigorously dispute the chargeback and seek full payment for services rendered, including recovery of any legal or collection fees incurred.

• Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 72 hours' notice via phone or email to Ethereal Ink Body Art. Failure to give adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of a portion of your financed amount (at the studio's discretion) as a last-minute cancellation fee.

3. Service Scope & Time Commitment

• Design Scope: The financed amount covers the design concept agreed upon during your initial consultation. Major changes to the design after the financing approval may require an additional fee or a new financing agreement to cover the artist's extra time.

• Client Communication: You agree to actively participate in the booking process. Failure to respond to communication or book your official appointment with Ethereal Ink Body Art within 90 days of your financing approval will result in the forfeiture of the funds paid, and the deposit will be kept as a design and administrative fee
