We need to hear from you as soon as possible to schedule your 4.5-hour session and secure your preferred date in our calendar. Failure to contact us or book your appointment within 90 days of purchase will result in the forfeiture of the funds paid.

Preparation Checklist (Client Responsibilities)

For the best possible experience and ink results, please follow these steps before your session:

1. Rest: Get a full night's sleep (8 hours) the night before your appointment.

2. Eat: Eat a large, balanced meal 1-2 hours before your session and bring plenty of snacks (high sugar/protein) and non-alcoholic drinks. Keeping your blood sugar stable is essential!

3. Hydrate: Start hydrating well (drinking water) 24 hours before your session.

4. Skin Care: Moisturize the area for several days leading up to your appointment. Do not apply any numbing creams unless specifically discussed and approved by your artist.

5. Comfort: Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Bring headphones or a book for entertainment.

Terms & Conditions for Financed Sessions (Shop Pay/sezzle Installments)

By purchasing this product, you accept the following terms, which are critical for sessions financed through Shop Pay Installments (Affirm).

• Agreement by Purchase: Completing this purchase constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of all these terms.

• Service Provider & Purchase Location: You are purchasing a service from Ethereal Ink Body Art, even if the transaction is processed on the website of [Wife's Website Name or Business Name].

• Tax Not Included (CAD): The price financed DOES NOT INCLUDE applicable Canadian sales tax (GST/PST/HST). All taxes will be calculated and must be paid upfront on the day of your session.

• Final Sale Deposit: This purchase is a non-refundable final sale deposit once approved by Affirm.

• No Cancellation (Post-Financing): Once financing is approved, you cannot cancel the service or request a refund by stopping payments to Affirm/sezzle. The full financed amount is committed to Ethereal Ink Body Art.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback is a direct breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to vigorously dispute the chargeback and seek full payment for services rendered.

• Rescheduling: You must provide at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the session's value
